Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Norelle. We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Intimates and swimwear

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at NorelleRetail@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at NorelleRetail@gmail.com

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United States. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
