Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Norelle. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the product and supplier. At checkout, you will see the applicable shipping options and rates for your order.

  • Standard Shipping — starting at $8.00 (Free on orders $70 and over)
  • Express Shipping — starting at $15.00

Estimated delivery times may range from 4–10 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express, depending on the item and supplier location.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via USPS and DHL Express. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders are final sale — we do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at NorelleRetail@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
